What is the status of my order?
Most of our products are made-to-order and will ship after our "crafting period" which can take up to 10 business days (although some items in our store are labeled "ready-to-ship" and will ship within 1-2 business days). All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders containing both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items will have multiple shipments. You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order.
If the production time is past the 10 business days and you aren't able to track your order, please contact us for more support.
